This course is designed for people who have taken Horsemanship for the Novice Rider or riding lessons and want more experience with horses. Students will continue to learn how to work with the horse from the ground and riding techniques in a safe, non-threatening environment. This course is not an Advanced course. Horses used are quiet and gentle. Boots or hard soled shoes with heels and long, non-slippery pants are required. Helmets are required when riding and will be provided. Minimum age 14 yrs. old. Participants must sign a liability release form prior to working with the horses. NOTE: $60 supply fee paid to instructor. Class size limited.
