This 3-session course is designed for those wanting to start sewing, or as a refresher course as you will learn sewing basics while completing 3 projects. We will cover notions, machine basics, and cutting out a pattern. You will also have the opportunity to try a serger. You will complete a tote bag, an apron, and a pillowcase. You must bring to class: scissors, seam ripper, seam guage, marking pencil, sewing machine needles, hand sewing needles, pins, sewing machine in good working order plus owner's manual and all machine accessories. NOTE: $25 supply fee paid to instructor for 3-project kit OR you may purchase your own supplies from the list available at The Sewing Center.
