Join us for an introduction into the fun creative world of knitting! Students will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off. We will construct a dishcloth and will even learn a simple pattern called the cane stitch in the process. Please be warned...it's addicting! Please bring these supplies to class: 1 skein cotton knitting worsted, 1 practice skein of knitting worsted, size 7 knitting needles, knitting gauge or tape measure, blunt yarn needle, and scissors.
