Justin Stone's T'ai Chi Chih ® (tie chee cha): Joy thru Movement is a gentle non-martial physical movement form that circulates and balances internal energy. It is appropriate for any age or agility level. Potential benefits resulting from regular practice include physical, mental, and emotional well-being, stress reduction, relaxation, increased energy and endurance, weight and blood pressure control, body toning, and inner serenity. The first part of this 19-movement, one static pose practice will be taught in this class. 1315 Quincy, not Jefferson School.
