This course will add to the basic skills, strategies, and principles learned in Self Defense for Women and offer more advanced and realistic training for applying effective self defense in most situations. In addition to 'standing' self defense, participants will also learn and develop effective 'ground fighting' techniques and principals. After participating in this course, you will have a complete understanding and knowledge of self defense and its many facets.Requirement: You must have participated in a previous basic women's self defense course taught by Josh Usera. |
