Zazen is a simple and powerful form of meditation that can be used by anyone to increase concentration and clarity, calm a distracted mind, and achieve deeper understanding. Course will cover a brief history of meditation and Zen, explain the meditative process, and end with a 25 minute silent meditation. Students can either sit in a chair or bring a cushion or pillow for the floor. |
