Can't face another turkey for the holidays? Wellingtons and stuffed meats are a delicious tradition for special occasions! And what a presentation! But have you see the intimidating recipes? This class will turn your wariness into 'why didn't I do this sooner?' We will be making individual wellingtons which are any meat (beef, chicken, fish) baked with a few savory ingredients in a pastry. For the stuffed meat, you will learn how to easlily butterfly prok tenderloin and then roll with colorful ingredients. You'll be tasting truly wonderful entrees, discovering how versatile these dishes really are and how talented you are going to look! Note $25 supply fee paid to instructor. |
