Do you have a gracefully designed wooden antique chair with a hole where the cane (looks like wicker) seat used to be?? Caning can be very expensive to have done, so why not learn how to do this lost art yourself! You will need to bring your chair to the first class so the proper size of cane can be ordered (takes 10 days). We will be proerly preparing your chair for the caning process, learning the difficult process of hole caning, and you may even finish your chair in class! The supply fee paid to instructor will be individual as it depends upon the size of caning you order. You will need to bring a few supplies from home which will be discussed at the first class based upon your chair project. Note: No class on October 11th.
